Hi, Whren can I find the schematic of the SOM and Carrier for the MK-A5E065BB32AEA EVB and the  full package installer? thanks Ido

These have apparently not been published (yet). The situation is similar with the DK-A5E065BB32AEA kit, but there at least the updated schematic has been published. For now, you'll have to rely on the resources found under the discontinued MK-A5E065BB32AES1 kit.
