Measure current on DE3 Board

Hi,

is there an easy way to measure the current drawn from the FPGA core supply on the DE3 board from Terasic?

I think the two Linear LTM4601s generate the 1.1V core voltage for the Stratix 3 and there are some testpoints around these chips. Can I hook-up my oscilloscope to one of them?

Any help is appreciated.
