Keyboard Numeric pad is not working in quartus 19.3

Keyboard Numeric pad is not working in quartus 19.3, (when Num lock is ON), under linux red hat 6. For example in the find for node, the number is not printed when pressed but the direction change ...

Hmmm... can you try reinstall the Quartus Prime software?

    No, this was installed by NXP IT.
