JTAG not reconized in Ubuntu 16.04 - afetr installing Quartus Prime Pro 19.4

Hi All,

I Am working on Ubuntu 16.4 LTS.

Quartus Prome Pro 19.4 installd .

JTAG not recognized.

When I run the command "usb-devices" in terminal i can see the USB Blaster as "USB-Blaster2" but in Quartus Programer or eclipse it's not recognized.
