Issue with RS232 TX while reading from SWITCHES

Hello,

I've got an issue, while trying to merge two codes from an RS232 transmission, the fact is strange, so my teacher doen't really now the fact my code isn't working anymore, and the quartus modelsim says my code is working perfectly but my code wont respond to switches at a FPGA

The files represent the transmission in the main (P2Interfaz) and the reception in the P2InterfazRX. i was trying to clean the project separing them, but the switches have stopped working, cause the received stream is STARTBIT-0000000-STOPBIT at the pio and the SWITCHES never write to CHARECIBIDO.

Edit: The development kit is the altera DE2
