Is there a license free transceiver PHY for Arria10 GX?

When I use the 10G-Ethernet Multirate PHY than IBIS Model generation within EDA Netlist Writer is not possible because the PHY IP is encrypted. Is there any free PHY IP for 10G Ethernet? Jens

Welcome to INTEL forum. Based on my understanding, there are no free license provided for PHY IP for 10G Ethernet. Kindly contact your nearest Intel sales person or distributor to purchase a valid license file.
