Is my Arria 10 bricked? Can't access JTAG chain

I typically program my Arria 10 SoC FPGA kits via (network) JTAG server. This gave no problems for a long time. One day, I programmed two boards. After that, I got a blinking red led D17 : MAX_ERROR...

Hi,

  1. D17 Red LED illuminates when the FPGA configuration from flash memory fails, monitor nStatus and conf_done signals.
  2. Check the J58 jumper and msel settings.
