I believe you are saying that you want to use the Intel PAC like a devkit. Thus you are expecting the schematic.
In that case, no it is not meant to be used as devkit.
The Intel PAC is meant to be used together with the Acceleration Stack installed in the recommended OS/softwares...so that you can start/focus on developing the Application/Workload.

Thank you for your reply.
Since we are using the Intel PAC in our 40 core Dell server rack, we chose this card, because it seemed more reliable.
Our intention is to use this card for scientific research, so the OpenCL stack would be limiting.
It would be great to get the schematic, but in the end we only need to know what FPGA pins are connected to which peripheral pins - especially DRAM and PCI-E - and the configuration for the DRAM and PCI-E controller.
Is it maybe possible to get these information under NDA?
