​Just a quick check. When you generate the design example as none development kit. Did you tie the "npor" signal to 1?

NPOR is tied to PERSTn. It works the same with NPOR tied to 1. We are actually seeing different behavior in 3 different PC's and with Intel SX SoC kit and ReflexCES Alaric kit. Attached is a compilation of the results. Can you please review and provide feedback?
