I'm assuming that you program the FPGA and then restart the PC without power down the FPGA. Please do let me know if this is not the case. To understand the problem further, could you please add ltssm signal tap and capture the behavior? Besides, if the refclk of FPGA is coming from the host, then you have also need to check if the clock is stable.

7 years agoYes, I programmed the FPGA but did not restart the PC. But I tried restarting the PC for a different reason and found the PC could not reboot when the FPGA board was powered up.
