Inquiry about Power On/Off Pin for Intel FPGA Arria 10 Dev Board (10AX115S-A)

It's a dev kit so I wouldn't think so. What is your intention? Board schematic: https://cdrdv2.intel.com/v1/dl/getContent/649801

Our intention is to reset the FPGA by cutting off the power and reloading the program when an abnormal situation occurs. We are looking for a way to control the power on/off through pins, if possible.

You can force reconfiguration at any time, but obviously this would be hardware configured on your own board, not a dev kit: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/programmable/683461/current/configuration-error-handling.html

If you're saying that you need to power cycle the whole device and not just reconfigure it on the dev kit, then I think you'd have to modify the board.
