Super ContributorYou can force reconfiguration at any time, but obviously this would be hardware configured on your own board, not a dev kit: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/programmable/683461/current/configuration-error-handling.html
If you're saying that you need to power cycle the whole device and not just reconfigure it on the dev kit, then I think you'd have to modify the board.
