Implement a PCIe root port with cyclone IV GX development kit

[h=2]Is there anyway to develop a PCIe root port through the cyclone IV GX development kit. This PCB is ready to use with PCIe endport but I don't know if is possible to adjust for a PCIe root role.[/h]
