芯片型号为AGIB027R29A1E2VC，R-Tile用作PCIE Gen5的接口，对应的数据信号的发送阻抗是否支持85Ω？在芯片的Datasheet上介绍，其内部的端接电阻的Type值为100Ω。
与PCIE金手指插槽互联，在插槽端的阻抗是85Ω。

English translation: The chip model is AGIB027R29A1E2VC, and R-Tile is used as the interface for PCIE Gen5. Does the transmission impedance of the corresponding data signal support 85Ω? It is introduced on the chip's Datasheet that the Type value of its internal termination resistor is 100Ω.
Connected to the PCIE gold finger slot, the impedance at the slot end is 85Ω.

You may use the internal termination resistors with variable values to match your trace impedance of 85 Ohm.
