芯片型号为AGIB027R29A1E2VC，R-Tile用作PCIE Gen5的接口，对应的数据信号的发送阻抗是否支持85Ω？在芯片的Datasheet上介绍，其内部的端接电阻的Type值为100Ω。 与PCIE金手指插槽互联，在插槽端的阻抗是85Ω。

You may use the internal termination resistors with variable values to match your trace impedance of 85 Ohm.
