I'm trying to compile my .c file with Soc EDS command shell. I ran makefile to compile with cygwin and facing this problem. Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks

What version is the Quartus that you are using? And are you using Windows 7? Because there are problem with how old version of Quartus software handling the changes in the security model in Windows 7, where the "permission denied" error messages pops up.
