I Need to know the ESD ratings on the Arria 10 - ANswers to this question in the past do not address the question!

Question

I have looked at the information provided at the following..

I does not show the ESD rating for the 0.020um Arria 10 FPGA.

Please provide the data, with page number or figure number with the actual answer!
