i lost the permission to using AOCL and Quartus license, what should i do ?

after formatting my laptop i lost the permission for using my AOCL and Quartus license , what should i do ?

Have you try using the latest version of the software, v18.1?

    Not yet.

    I have to fix this license problem because i already got it 3 months ago, so it’s still available.
