I got a new Stratix 10 MX dev board. My PC does not recognize the device via USB. I'm working with Quartus 19.1 pro edition. (also tried 18.1)

When I connect the USB to my PC the device is not recognize and is shown as "Unknown USB device (Devise Descriptor Request Failed)

When trying to update the driver I get "The best drivers for your device are already installed)

    Hi,

    It seems to be drivers issue, update drivers from Drivers directory of Quartus Installation directory,

    Try to check with different USB port, different USB cable if possible.
