i am using arria 10 development kit. if i program the sof file through programmer i am getting the error as

Error (209015): Can't configure device. Expected JTAG ID code 0x02E860DD for device 1, but found JTAG ID code 0x02E660DD.

Make sure the location of the target device on the circuit board matches the device's location in the device chain

can any tell what is the issue

May i know are you using the USB Blaster II to program the development kit? If it so, can you try to change the TCK frequency to 6MHz.

Also in the Programmer, make sure the tool is detecting the device correctly.  Click Auto Detect and make sure to select the correct part number, if requested.
