May I know your Quartus error messages details (type, ID, Message)? (screenshot the error messages for me).

In a meantime, can you try to UNTICK Enable real-time ISP to allow background programming when available option?

May I know your status?

I can't see any Error Message from your posted file.

Open your Quartus Programmer. Then, go to Window--> Attach Window. Program your device and you will see the Error Message.
