How to take my design in a portable chip .. ?

Hi,

I am unable to take my designs in any micro controller .. As I am using a students kit Leap electronics lp – 2900 .. there is no facility to take the designs..

can anyone please tell me which Altera device can provide me the facility to take my designs in an portable chip .. and the chip specification too..
