How to simulate a Cyclone V with USB interface?

How to simulate a Cyclone V with USB interface? My simulation env is ready, with working clk and reset. How should I simulate a USB interface to this DUT? Thanks.

Thanks, if you were using Qsys. Then you will need to use msim_setup.tcl scripts.
