How to load programming code to ROM of Cyclone III Video Development Kit?

Hi all!

I am a student and doing a project a project about video and image processing on cyclone iii video development kit. I have read many document about this kit to find out how to load programming code to rom? :rolleyes:I know that max ii device is used like an EEPROM, and we can load programming code to it,so the code will not be lost after we reset this Kit. I have tried many times but not successfull.:(

So,can you show me how to config this board? How to load programming code to this kit, please?Thank you very much.
