HOW TO CONNECT BIDIR PAD on CYCLONE III FPGA

Hello,

I have Cyclone III Starter kit Board and to connect a Bidirectional PAD ( data to SSRAM) I expect to connect 3 ports (1 input Data_in and 1 ouput Data_out, and 1 high impedance control), but on the chip planner, I cannot see such ports, how does quartus differentiate that ? Thanks a lot for your help

    As I understand you need an inout. This is a bidirectional port. How do you drive the ports NIOS or HDL?
