How do I connect via a Web Server on the Embedded Systems Dev Kit Cyclone 3 Edition

I used to be able to connect to a web page on my board to allow an image to be uploaded. However this was a while ago and I can't seem to find what to connect to.

    In this document you can find how to connect to the Board update portal for Cyclone III.

    Also you can download the kit installation from the following link that include the Conversion of Board Update Portal from SOPC based to Qsys based design

    Notes:

    1. This kit installation works with Quartus II Design Software version 11.1.0.
    2. This kit installation works with Quartus II Design Software version 11.0.0.
    3. This kit installation works with Quartus II Design Software version 10.1.0.
    4. This kit installation works with Quartus II Design Software version 9.1.2.

    Brilliant, thank you. Unfortunately I've gone through those steps and there is no connection.

    By the looks of it the board is receiving packets but there is nothing going out. Also, and I am starting to wonder if this is the issue, the connection led that has come up advises a 1 Gb link.

    I wonder if this is too fast ??

    I've also tried the obvious, different cables, different ports but still a no go :(.
