how do I add intr_capturer into a qsys project and where do I download it from. It isnt part of quartus IP or Quartus qsys

1. Refer the intr_capturer.v from below links https://github.com/dwesterg/soc-workshop/blob/c30cc9207cad656ff7242d24dee1ef2427b22c89/ip/intr_capturer/intr_capturer.v
2. Try to create the Qsys component & then you can add it qsys project.
