how can we transfer video signal from Cyclone V device to a display unit (Monitor) through ethernet? Is there any ethernet to dvi/hdmi adapter?

Unfortunately Intel FPGA doesn't has any support for Ethernet to dvi/hdmi adapter.

You may want to google and check is there any design house supplying this conversion IP or not.
