hi, can anyone guide me on how to implement ADC into FPGA ?

i wanted to use Fpga DE1 board. Cyclone II. Quartus 13.0.

i wanted to know how to build the coding and how to assign the pin

    To manually add an IP variation to a Quartus project, click Project > Add/Remove Files in Project and add only the IP variation .qip or.qsys file to the project.
