HELP!! Schematics for the TR4 Stratix IV GX

I tried to download the CD-ROM from the resources page http://www.terasic.com.tw/cgi-bin/page/archive.pl?language=english&categoryno=138&no=683&partno=4

But when I give my username and my password it doesn't make something, as username I'm giving my email address. Anyway, I just need the hardware schematics of the TR4 board, if anyone have them or has any idea where I can find them I would appreciate it if I had a response about this problem.
