Thank you for you answer. The tcl scrpit link is now working. But the zip file is not. I tried Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Microsoft Internet Explorer with my account logged in and not logged in . After clicking the zip file I just land on this page:https://forums.intel.com/s/topic/0TO0P000000MWKBWA4/programmable-devices?language=en_US with no download being started.

I can also see that the your link for the tcl script has changed but the one for the zip file has not. In my original post it was :
