Gerber files for EN29A0QI

I have found in the datasheet for EN29A0QI note, that minimum footprint EN29A0QI layout Gerber files can be found on Altera website. Could you help me where I can find and download these Gerber files? Or, who I should contact regarding this? I could not find any suitable contact on the website. In the past, I have contacted Altera tech. support which provided to me Gerber files with recommended minimal footprint. Thank you.

    Really so sorry for the late response, this happened because this case was already closed and i didn't receive any notification when you post your request.

    BTW, attached the required files.
