Honored ContributorCould be right. I did not compile the control panel. I downloaded it directly from here
http://www.terasic.com.tw/cgi-bin/page/archive.pl?language=english&no=593&partno=4 My Quartus Prile 18.0 (Lite) resides here:- C:\intelFPGA_lite\18.0\quartus\bin64\quartus.exe Are you saying it should be in bin64 or further back up the chain. DE0_Nano is at ......\Documents\DE0-Nano but there are a number of directories there.
