FPGA usb blaster ii driver download

I keep trying to download the driver for the usb blaster ii and I just keep getting this message.

PLEASE can someone help me?

    Hi,
    USB Blaster II driver should be installed from driver folder in Quartus, as explained in user manual. Did you try?

      Yes I tried that and the screenshot in the my original post was the error message I got when I tried

    Have you try to install the driver on another PC? Does it work?
