New ContributorFPGA Package
Hi,
so i was looking at a document for my FPGA package

in the document it give me 5 options on 484-pin FBGA

484-Pin FineLine Ball-Grid Array (FBGA), Option 1—Flip Chip—Channel Lid
484-Pin FineLine Ball-Grid Array (FBGA), Option 2—Wire Bond
484-Pin FineLine Ball-Grid Array (FBGA), Option 4—Flip Chi
484-Pin FineLine Ball-Grid Array (FBGA)—Wire Bond—A:2.40
i can't not find any info on what base i should choose the package
i am using 10CL080YF484I7G
