FPGA MAX10 Device Outer Case Component Dimensional Tolerance.
Hi Hasif,
You can search for package drawings by the ordering code. Alternatively, search for package drawings by selecting specific parameters using below link.

Hi Anand,
Thank you for your response.
I would like to ask a few questions regarding the data from the link above
- Can I have the description about what are the MO-275 Variation: FFAA-1 and MO-192 Variation: DAF-1.
- What is the dimensional tolerance of the one FPGA MAX10 components upon delivery? For example, the length and the width for the MAX10 components are 11.00mm with tolerance +-0.1mm each. What is the Intel standard dimensional tolerance for MAX10 components?
Looking forward for the answer.

Hi Hasif,
Please refer attached documents for tolerance value.
All dimensions and tolerances conform to ASME Y14.5M – 1994. check below link

Hi Anand,
Thank you for sharing the the information documents regarding the dimensional of the components.
From what I have understand from the documents given above, the physical property of the components are:
a) 10M08SAU169I7G
The outer component dimensional tolerance for 10M08SAU169I7G is D=11.00mm +- 0.15mm and E=11.00 mm +- 0.15mm.
b) 10M50DAF256I7G
The outer component dimensional tolerance for 10M50DAF256I7G si D=17.00mm +- 0.20mm and E=17.00mm +- 0.20mm.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Looking forward for the answer.
Regards,
Hasif
