FPGA for 14 bit ADCs to calculate power and RMS

I am looking for a FPGA to read two parallel ADCs to calculate power and RMS.

You can use Max10 with dual ADC block.

And you can utilize Modular Dual ADC Core IP core to achieve synchronization for both input.

How can I receive  7MSPS the ADC is just 1MSPS?
It is not possible to use the ADC, it is very slow just 1MSPS.
