FA request for Intel part 0001-0290.237 ( Intel / 5AGZME1H2F35C3N) II

Hi Guys

For the part 5AGZME1H2F35C3N , MFG:Intel Corporation,our PO to Arrow NA is ME81E1007931 , have 6pcs defectives ,in the production or Lab the Board Testing is fail in Field Operation, the functional failure,CLK_SPI42 the signal is no output,comparison the signal at point CLK_SPI42 ,so we want to see the signal output with DIFFIO TX/RX for those units.

Our Po lot number is S941AKE4,S935AKF9,S930AKD80,S011AK10 .

Pls help check if could find the reason and check below signal pins of BGA,our intenal pending your reply now ,and the line down ,shipment hold now ,pls help feedback by today,thanks
