FA FOR SAMPLS EP4CGX150DF27I7N (080-1594-001ZNE) 1 UNIT We would like to send sample to perform FA.

Please be informed, end customer was returned the failure unit to CTH.

We has rechecked the failed product at functional test station, the result shown Laser Calibration fail and we suspect this device has been related to this failure. Please see more detail as the attached file.
