Could you help to verify your step to Run Board Test System. You can refer to link https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/ug/ug-c10-gx-fpga-devl-kit.pdf and could you also remove other Quartus version and reinstall USB Driver to v17.1.0.240
