Error in programming a reference sof file on Stratix10 SoC development kit

Hi, I try to program a example sof file in bts_config directory into S10 device on the Stratix10 SoC development kit but got an error as below. I have no idea about the error. Can you comment on it...

Thanks for your comments. I make MSEL2/1/0 = ON/ON/ON (JTAG) and now I can program it.
