New ContributorError (209025): Can't recognize silicon ID for device 1
I am updating FPGA version for COM05 Module
Below steps I followed
Step1:I downloaded Altera Quartus version 12.1_177_programmer_ for windows in intel website.
Step2:Connected USB blaster from laptop to COM05 Module and IED powered up
Step3:Opened Altera Quartus version 12.1_177_programmer and kept below settings
USB-Blaster is set in the Hardware Setup window
Changed mode from JTAG to Active Serial Programming.
Step4:I selected the required pof file(1KHL508614 600COM05 A503) for update
Step5:Observed error message in output window
Error (209025): Can't recognize silicon ID for device 1

Check the connection of Intel FPGA Download Cable to header available on the board.
