EPM240T100I5N information

Question

Hello,

I am looking into part number EPM240T100I5N and need some more information. I'm looking for ESD/MSL of this part, if applicable, and the lead finish on the package. A package drawing would also be appreciated. Most importantly, we need the qualification data for this part, including HTOL, Temp Cycle, and HAST testing data.

I had submitted several requests for this information through the "contact us" tab, but never recieved a response. Urgency with this request would be greatly appreciated.
