2) According to Table 9 and Note 6, the consumption current is specified only for standby mode and can be measured at voltages from 4.75 to 5.25 V.
3) The values of the consumption current of the chip for the active mode of operation are not specified anywhere, but only a graph of the dependence of the consumption current on the frequency is given on pages 122 of the documentation.
