I don't see or even expect specifications for current consumption beyond recommended operation conditions, particularly above Vccint or Vccio above 5.25V
The only specification is that the device shouldn't be damaged with supply below maximum ratings, this doesn't necessary apply if the connected load circuit draws excessive current under this conditions.
I think that power consumption calculation formulas in datasheet are covering most cases of interest.
By the way, what are you trying to achieve with this obsolete FPGA series?
