EPF10K100ABI356-3

Hi, Dear All,

Recently we have bought pn EPF10K100ABI356-3 and sent to lab for testing.

the Lab experties could not verify the authencity of the item because the PCB color is yellow. They said PCB should be in Green in General.

the question is how can we verify Yellow PCB is right color for EPF10K100ABI356-3 ?

    Hi,

    The EPF10K100ABI356-3 is a legacy Flex10KA product. It is not using a BT substrate which is in green, it is using a SBGA package solution which is in this yellowish brown color.

    So the units you have are very likely to be authentic.
