Hello, I have MPN: EP2SGX130GF1508I4 . Parts are expected to be RoHS-non compliant based on MPN ordering and marking. When we test the solder ball in our XRF machine, we see no signs of Pb (Lead)...

Please be noted MPN: EP2SGX130GF1508I4 is not RoHS compliant and not recommended for new design. However, EP2SGX130GF1508I4N with suffix 'N' in the end are RoHS compliant.
