ep2s60f672c3n stratix II development board not working. led5 blinking

Hi,

I am using ep2s60f672c3n stratix II development board. I was connecting to test point and ground. but by mistake instead of ground i have connected to 1_2v pin in board. After that bard is not workin. led5 green led blinks... what it mean???

I would like to find damage in board. for that can I able to get schematic files of board. please provide me some links
