Hi,

what do you specifically want to know? Have you obtained the devices from grey market and want to find out if they might be counterfeit?

Altera/Intel is supporting questions regarding part quality only for devices delivered by authorized distributors. Shown production date fits ACEX 1K last buy period according to PDN1619, so it's at least well possible that you have genuine Altera parts.

Personally I haven't yet seen the questioned marking layout with any Altera product, but that doesn't mean much. Didn't use ACEX 1K after 2001.
