email subscribed, but no receive notification

Hi ,

I'm an intel FPGA developer.
I ask FPGA related technical questions in "Intel Community->FPGAs and Programmable Solutions FPGA"

I have selected "Options -> Subscribe " in right pop-down menu. Unfortunately I never received any email notification even though my raised question thread had been replied or updated by others.
WHAT's the Problem ?

But Before the Intel support web upgrade, my email notification works fine , and I can receive email notification if my thread updated. Please help to tell me where to ask help, coz it's very in-convenient for us, we have no time to check community every day ?
